TeleSphere Software Inc. is a wholly-owned subsidiary company of Blackfoot Telephone Cooperative, a Montana-based Telco in Missoula, MT and the surrounding area. Blackfoot’s veteran team of developers and programmers were given the task of designing and programming a premier customer care and billing system for Blackfoot and affiliated companies.

Since 1981 TeleSphere has provided Telco billing services and now proudly serves telecommunications companies nationwide. The powerful Windows-based Operations Support System is sophisticated enough to manage multiple tasks yet easy-to-learn and administer. TeleSphere offers an integrated Customer Care, Plant Management, and Billing Solutions on a Microsoft® Windows platform. Other products and services, like Advantage CABS (Carrier Access Billing), Work Order, Continuing Property Records, Financials, and Payroll Applications can be purchased as separate modules as your needs arise.

Tom Domako, Software Development Manager

Tom Domako has led the TeleSphere development team since June 2003. He earned his bachelor’s degree in computer science from Montana State University in Bozeman, MT. Domako’s career includes over 10 years of software development work at Tektronix, InterlinQ, and TeleSphere. He is committed to creating functional, high-quality software that gives TeleSphere clients a competitive edge and the opportunity to expand their business in the telecommunications marketplace.

Jim Steele, Technical Marketing Manager

Jim Steele has been a Systems Analyst with TeleSphere since 2001. He earned his bachelor’s degree in computer science from Montana State University in Bozeman, MT. In 2007, in addition to the position of Senior Systems Analyst, he assumed the role of Technical Marketing Manager. Jim is the primary architect of TeleSphere's Advantage CABS program and has been instrumental in the sales process as a consultant and technical analyst for companies that partner with TeleSphere.
